The artist's project for InSITE2000 transforms the bullring at Playas de Tijuana into a radio telescope searching for aliens. An antenna suspended above the bullring and a receiving dish below transmit broadcast signals from space on speakers surrounding the bullring, on FM radio and the Internet.
