(born 1973, Mexico City; lives in Mexico City).
Rossell studied visual arts at the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, from 1991 to 1994, including workshops led by Jesse Lerner and María Guerra in production, drawing, video, photography, and film. In 1996, she held her first solo exhibition, R.S.V.P. at the Galería OMR in Mexico City. Her recent solo exhibitions include All the Best Names Are Taken (Green Naftali Gallery, New York, 2000) and Third World Blondes Have More Fun at the same gallery in 2002. In addition, she has participated in numerous group shows, including Mexcelente (Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco, 1998) and Erógena which debuted at the Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil (Mexico, 2000) and traveled to the Stedelijk Museum voor Actuelle Kunst in Ghent, Belgium that same year.
